What is a brand ambassador?

A brand ambassador is a client or model that helps create excitement around my brand and the services I offer.

Why is having brand ambassadors important for my business? 

Consider this: when you’re looking to make a purchase, which information do you trust more? The company themselves talking about their service, or the recommendation from someone who has used that company? When prospective clients are hearing about me from multiple sources, it increases their trust they have in my brand. 

However, a brand ambassador’s job is more than just offering reviews and referrals, Here is a list of ways you will help me:

• You will help me test new sets or experiment with ideas I want to try
• Share your personal experience from your sessions 
• Interact in groups, do live videos, etc
• Recommend your services to friends & Family
• Write reviews for google and social media
• Help film behind the scenes videos, before and after examples and other marketing media
• Reach out to prospective clients that may need a confidence boost
• Hand out business cards
• Show up to in person events to mingle and take behind the scenes photos/video

As you can see, a Brand Ambassador will take on a lot of tasks, it's important to remember being a BA represents me and my company so you are required to maintain a code of conduct and treat everyone with respect and kindness.

What's the difference between a model call and ambassador?

A traditional model call is usually done when you need photographic material for a specific purpose. This may be for marketing material, to test out new sets, or to experiment, to grow your skills or just to build some hype and get my name out there.

A brand ambassador is someone that will be available for model calls, plus they are here to assist me in growing my brand and help with reach. Brand ambassadors are here to help me everyday for months with multiple different jobs. 

To sum it up: A model call is a quick way to get someone to help create promotional marketing material. Brand ambassadors are chosen individuals that will represent me and my company to help manage and grow my following. 

What’s in it for you?

Being a brand ambassador is hard work! I expect you to put in a lot of effort, but your reward is just as great! 

I believe my business building program should be mutually beneficial for both parties. 

Though I do not charge you for your sessions you are required to pay a one time per term fee of $100 and split the cost of any travel, rental ETC costs for sessions. 

I believe the work you put into this should be equal to the sessions you are doing. 

You will be receiving your full gallery from every session you participate in which amounts to around 2K Per session. 

Your term will be 3 months, you may have individual or group sessions.  

You will be receiving a referral code to give to potential clients.

What do I expect from my ambassadors?

Though this is a fun experience with amazing photos from me, this is still a job and you need to put in the work. 

We will have a few mandatory meetings and sessions that require full attendance. I will try and give you advanced notice on dates. 

Our first meeting is a mandatory meeting to go over expectations, regulations and answer any questions you guys will have. 

You will be required to send me your schedule 2 weeks at a time so I can coordinate around your work schedule for our sessions. If there are any days that work better for you please let me know. 

No shows are unacceptable, if you say you will be there you must show up or you will be immediately removed from my programs and as a client. 

If you can not attend a group shoot out I need advanced notice, for each session single or group you will receive a booking link that will need to be filled out prior to sessions. 

If you need to make payments on any session payments that will need to be discussed ahead of time. 

A discount code will be provided for sessions that are not included in the ambassador program. 

Social Media : 

• You must have Facebook & Instagram. TikTok and twitter are also great but not mandatory. 
• During the duration of your term your social media will need to be set to public and tagging options turned on.
• You are required to tag, Jay_rose_montana for both ember & rose and Leather n’ lace boudoir content. Please tag Ember.and.rose for pg content and Leather_n_lace_boudoir for boudoir content do NOT mix the two up when posting. You may include both in your description but please make sure you tag the correct one when using the collaboration option on instagram. 
• Collaboration tagging is required for all content captured during sessions, events etc. ( videos, selfies, behind the scenes and products produced by me) 
  • How to use the collab button on instagram: Once you’ve selected your image you will be brought to your captions and options page, from there you will hit the tag people button. Next you will hit the invite collaborators. Please tag the correct business according to the image you're posting. If other ambassadors are in the image please also tag them. Collaboration option will allow upto 5 tags after that it will only allow you to tag people the normal way. 
• In Description you will be required to always include a call to action, This means info on how the person seeing the images or posts can contact me.

• Frequency of posts
  • You will be required to share 1 image between 3-4 times a week be it either for ember & rose or Leather N’ Lace boudoir.
  • I will be keeping track of the posts and will be sharing posts of my own on both pages and tagging you 
• Blog, questionnaires and reviews 
  • At the end of each term you will be required to fill out a questionnaire and create a blog for me to host on my website so please keep that in mind as our term moves forward. 
  • I will have you fill out a questionnaire at the beginning of your term that will help me gauge your comfortability and more, this will be different than the application form. 
  • You are required to leave a review on both business google listings before the end of your term, I do keep track.
